High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care maintains an agency wide Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program. The agency staff, leadership and board routinely monitor clinical and administrative activities and procedures to evaluate how well they serve our families, the community and the agency. These activities vary from routine monitoring of specific activities, tracking of incidents and events, reviewing suggestions from staff and community members and required reporting to regulatory agencies.
The agency has a QAPI Coordinator who is responsible for this monitoring and for assisting the agency in responding to any identified issues or improvements. For more information contact:
