There's rosemary, that's for remembrance; pray you, love, remember. William Shakespeare
High Peaks Hospice and Palliative Care holds Remembrance services twice annually in each office. The purpose of these are to reunite all those who were involved in an individual's final journey - caregivers, family and hospice staff and volunteers - for a celebration of the lives of those we served who are no longer among us. The Remembrance services provide an opportunity for renewed support and reconnection with those who travelled together during a difficult time.
The Remembrance services celebrate those who have died in the previous six months. Invitations to the Remembrance services are sent out from each of our clinical offices to family prior to the services.
